Disconnect Strava and delete imported data
Go to Settings and use the Strava disconnect button. That flow revokes the Strava OAuth connection and deletes all imported Strava-derived data stored by Vēlox.
You can also revoke access directly in your Strava account under Settings > My Apps. When Strava sends a deauthorisation event, Vēlox automatically purges the imported data it holds.
If you need help completing either process, email louis.vuylsteke04@gmail.com. We will respond within 2 business days.
Delete your account (right to erasure)
Under GDPR Art. 17 you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. To delete your full Vēlox account, email louis.vuylsteke04@gmail.com with the subject line Account deletion request and the email address associated with your account.
Stripe billing records may be retained for up to 7 years where required by tax or financial regulations, but your Vēlox account and training data will be fully deleted.
Access your data (right of access)
Under GDPR Art. 15 you may request a copy of the personal data Vēlox holds about you. Email louis.vuylsteke04@gmail.com with the subject line Data access request. We will respond within 30 days with a structured export covering:
- Account and profile data (name, email, preferences, settings)
- Training data derived from your Strava activities
- Coaching reports and AI-generated content
- Training plans and planned workouts
- Journal entries and athlete notes
- Billing history (excluding full card details, which are held by Stripe)
Correct your data (right to rectification)
Most profile fields (name, date of birth, country, heart rate parameters, training goal) can be corrected directly in Settings. If you need to correct data you cannot edit yourself, email louis.vuylsteke04@gmail.com and we will update it within 30 days.
Export your data (right to portability)
Under GDPR Art. 20 you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format. Email louis.vuylsteke04@gmail.com with the subject line Data portability request. We will provide a JSON or CSV export within 30 days.
Object to processing (right to object)
Under GDPR Art. 21 you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling. You may also withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by emailing louis.vuylsteke04@gmail.com.
To object to any other processing, email us with the subject line Objection to processing and describe the processing you wish to object to. We will respond within 30 days.
Restrict processing (right to restriction)
Under GDPR Art. 18 you may request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while you contest the accuracy of data we hold. Email louis.vuylsteke04@gmail.com with the subject line Restriction request. We will confirm the restriction within 30 days.
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If you are not satisfied with how Vēlox handles your data rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
- Belgium: Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GBA) — gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be
- EU residents: your local national supervisory authority listed at edpb.europa.eu.
Billing
Active subscribers can manage billing, update payment details, and download invoices from the customer portal linked in Settings. Vēlox does not store card numbers — all payment data is handled by Stripe under their PCI-compliant terms. For any billing issue not resolved through the portal, email louis.vuylsteke04@gmail.com.
Password reset
Use the password reset page if you cannot sign in. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email louis.vuylsteke04@gmail.com.
