What to include in your message
- The email address associated with your account
- A clear description of your request or issue
- For billing: any relevant invoice reference or transaction ID
- For data rights requests: the specific right you wish to exercise (access, erasure, portability, etc.) and the scope of data involved
- For Strava-related requests: whether the request concerns imported activity data, the OAuth connection, or both
